Roscoe abusing our trust, using our tax dollars wrongly
Rep. Roscoe Bartlett apparently employs a guy named Harold “Bud” Otis full-time to be his Chief of Staff. You and I get billed by Bartlett for more than $10,000 a month!
Yeah, Bartlett charges the taxpayers for Otis’ full-time salary, which is actually a lot of money, The bad part is still coming.
Bud also works for Roscoe’s political campaign as the campaign manager sometimes acting as his spokesman in the press! And Otis travels with Bartlett on campaign business. So if he’s trying to get Bartlett reelected, why are we taxpayers paying him $10,000 of our heard earned dollars each month? I shouldn’t have to pay for a political campaign. That’s just wrong!
